- Shipment will be proceed after we received the payment confirmation.
- We use SICEPAT EXPRESS Service for our shipping, for JABODETABEK area it takes about 1–3 working days after shipment, and for other cities in Indonesia it takes about 2 – 5 days after shipment.
- Your order will only be processed Monday to Friday, and We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Please allow 24 hours after your payment confirmation for us to process your order. Your order will be shipped the next day.
- Your order will not be shipped if we can’t confirm your payment or your payment was not in a full amount. We will contact you immediately in the event of something like this happening.
- You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

- Shipping rate will be charged based on the total weight of your order. If the total weight exceeds 1 (one) kilogram, another kilogram will be added to the total shipping fee.
- Information regarding the weight of every product is stated on the product detail page.
- The shipment cost will be added to the total amount due when you check out.
- KARYS does not responsible in risk of loss of the goods after SICEPAT delivers to the designated address.
- Customers are responsible if SICEPAT can't deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.
- If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer's conditions.
- KARYS will give free shipping to the customer if we make mistakes in typing the address.
- KARYS do not guarantee all goods will be received on regular time, since there might be some problems happened such as the address cannot be found or there are no receiver on the destination address at the time goods are arrived, but we will make sure all goods will be arrive to your destination address, if you find problem on the delivery process, you can directly contact us.
- Please understand that we cannot be responsible for delay caused by courier service.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Please note that returns / exchanges are only done for defective items and must be done so within 3 working days from the day customer receive the package. After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item. Email us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to make you as our customer satisfied.
For defective items, we'd gladly do an exchange with returns costs (normal mail) covered. However, the exchange has to be for the exact same item. If the exact same item is out of stock or unavailable, then an exchange for another item of equal or more value, or you can make deposit for your next purchase, contact us for this. For your reminder REFUND MONEY not allowed, the goods which TOO SMALL, or TOO BIG not allowed to RETURN.

- All returned products must be unworn and unwashed, and with tag if there is a tag (no exceptions).
